Deutz Brut Classic Champagne
Colour:
A bright golden hue with some deeper things. Fine bead and lingering stream of bubbles. The intense golden appearance is topped with a mousse of great finesse - the Deutz signature - characteristic of wines having benefited from long maturation on the lees.
Nose:
The nose is intense, fine and complex, with aromas of preserved grapefruit, with flowers, toasted bread, grilled almonds and honey, together with a mineral edge. The wine initially displays floral notes (hawthorn blossom, white flowers), followed by aromas of toast, marzipan and ripe fruits (apples, pears).
Tasting:
On the palate the first impression is both lively and supple. The wine is harmonious and balances throughout. The finish is deliciously fresh and the flavours lingering, showing aromas of hazelnut. In the mouth, the freshness of the Chardonnay and the richness of the Pinot Noir enhance the wine's full-bodies elegance, presenting a wine with finely integrated aromas and a silky texture. The wine is well-rounded with an intensity fruity finish.
