How to order
Prior to purchase please, register (Registration). After registration you can login, using your e-mail address and password.
Prices
The prices in the first column of the lists (Bottle price) are the bottle prices with no reduction which are applicable to all purchases of less than 12 bottles in our wine shops and web shop.
Purchasing 12 bottles or more the reduced prices in the second column (Case price) apply. This reduction also applies to mixed cases. The indicated prices include VAT (27% for wines). Members of Bortársaság Klub can purchase even a single bottle for the discounted case price in our shops as well as on the Internet.
On the Novelties and Offers for the month pages we indicated the discounted case prices because on our web page most orders are over 12 bottles. In case of ordering less than 12 bottles the prices of the bottles in the basket will be the Bottle price. Reaching the 12 bottles/order limit the prices automatically get reduced.
For our club members - if you provide your club membership card number - our system automatically uses the Case price even for one bottle of wine.
Realising an order
Please, place the selected products into the basket. You can freely change the content of the basket. Please, check the products in the basket and the prices, too (content of basket - view).
After checking that you would surely want to buy all the products in your basket, select the Cashier.
Select the address of delivery provided when registering or if you want it to be delivered to a different address, click on the "new address" link. At the method of delivery you can select the most convenient time for delivery and provide us with any important piece of information concerning the delivery.
Clicking on the "next" button you can give the address of billing which you can also change similarly to the address of delivery. Clicking again on the "next" button you can view the details of purchase then clicking on the "purchase" button you order the products.
Information concerning your purchase is automatically sent to the e-mail account you gave so you can check the details of your order. After all this we considered your order accepted.
Restrictions on the sale of certain products and/or services
We can only fulfil orders for alcoholic beverages if the client is older than 18 years of age.
The method and criteria for cancelling an order
You can change your order before or at the reconfirmation with our colleague on the phone. Should this be the case please, call (36 1) 212 2569 or write to onlinerendeles@bortarsasag.hu. In both cases please give us the order number indicated in the confirmation e-mail.
Express delivery in Budapest
If you choose express delivery and place your order on workdays (except Friday) between 10 am and 6 pm and our colleague succeeds in contacting you to reconfirm the order then home delivery will take place within 3 hours.

New time of home delivery
If home delivery fails our colleague, following the notification from our delivery men, tries to make new arrangements with you. Then we once again attempt to deliver your goods at the new time. If we do not succeed in contacting you or agreeing with you in a new time our contract becomes void and if payment has already been made we transfer the amount at question to your bank account.
If home delivery for the same order fails for the third time we consider your order void.
PAYMENT TERMS
Our eStore is offering its consumers secure bank card payment provided by CIB Bank. The security relies on the separation of data. With the use of the system the eStore receives only the quantity of the ordered commodity and the delivery address from the consumer, while CIB Bank the card data on a 128-bit SSL secured payment page. Payment steps
1. On the page of the eStore you select the goods, for which you intend to pay with your bank card.
2. Following that you're redirected to the webpage of CIB Bank guaranteeing secure payment, where you have to enter your card data to begin the payment.
3. Following this, you're redirected to CIB Bank's page guaranteeing secure payment, where you have to enter your card data to start the payment process.
4. Following the payment, you're directed back to the Store page, where you receive a confirmation about the result of the payment.
In the case of bankcard payments, following the successful transaction - this means the approval after the expiry date of the bank card and the coverage are controlled - CIB Bank debits the account of the Card Holder with the countervalue of the goods.
If you're not directed back from the payment page to the Store's website, the transaction qualifies as unsuccessful. If you click on the "Back" of "Refresh" buttons of the browser on the bank's payment page, or close the browser window before you could be redirected to the store, the payment will qualify as unsuccessful.

Mobile payment service eliminates need for ready cash
MobilePayment is a special service that enables you to dispense with the burden of cash payment, and instead allows you to pay with your mobile. These days, we all usually have our mobiles on us, but not always cash!

Payment transactions can be carried out from the balance on your bank account or optionally from the credit limit attached to it via your cell phone. This way you don't have to search for small change any more.
MobilePayment is a safe way of paying since
- Each message uses a secret and secure safe channel. Stealing or modifying the data is impossible.
