The world is starting to sit up and take notice of this kind of wine. This sumptuous sweetie that's made partly from botrytized blessed bunches has been aged in oak barrels from Szerednye for a year and features rich and ripe notes of baked apple, honey, and brown sugar. It's more approachable and slips down more smoothly than many Aszús, although it's just as complex. It's not for nothing that the fourth release of Andante has been recognized as a top sweet white at the recent Pannon National Wine Competition alongside many 5 and 6 puttonyos Aszús.
