Bakó Olaszrizling 2010
Nice oak tones, ripe white fruit, very elegant nose. Medium body, round, very well-proportioned, long and subtly fiery. 20 degree must, late October harvest during the enlarging moon cycle. Very healthy grapes, spontaneously fermented slowly and cold, without soaking, pressed immediately. That's how it became intense and concentrated but never heavy.
