Bakó Rajnai Rizling 2010

Intense and very clean fruit: mainly apricot. Delicious, succulent, long, semi-sweet taste with a bit of oak in the background. Completely healthy grapes until the end of September which then caught botrytis in October. It was fermenting for four months before Ambrus stopped it in order to avoid very high alcohol. That's why a bit of residual sugar remained, which suits it very well.
Only 600 bottles.
