Ikon Tulipán 2008 Magnum Dél-Balaton

A fruity nose of mainly ripe black fruit, then it's spicey in the mouth joined by a new wave of black fruit. Rich, full and harmonious. A classic blend of around half Merlot, with the other half coming from the two Cabernets. Aged for 16 months in 225 litre Hungarian oak, and then for eight months in the bottle.
