Components: merlot 37%, cabernet franc 38%, cabernet sauvignon 26%.
Fermentation: tank, wild yeasts, acids perfectly integrated.
Ageing: 17 months in 225 litre new Bordeaux-style, first-filled, lightly toasted oak barrels. (French 96%, American 4%), unfined, unfiltered.
Date of bottling: May 2009.
Style: deep-toned, profound depth of colour, clean, intensive, ripe aromas. Vibrant fruit, serious depth on the palate, fiery, ripe, and lively. Oozes fruit with beautiful balance.
Acid content: 5.6 g/l
Alcohol content: 15.5%
