Szepsy Cuvée 2007 Tokaj
"A blend of varieties and vineyards which was born under the name Szepsy Cuvée for the last time. It contains classic proportions of 30% Furmint, 40% Hárslevelű and 30% Sárgamuskotály - fermented by its own yeast, for a long period. That's how the higher alcohol content and its 142 grams per litre of residual sugar content occured. The sugar content gives it great sweetness, yet the characteristic features of the vineyards come out nicely as well. Its aromas are still led by the Sárgamuskotály - which after ten years in the bottle tames into spices - but beside the fruit, the acids abound and minerals have an important role in its taste as well. I can see that it will age for much longer than 15 years."
