Thummerer Merlot 2008

Light, fruity character with lower tannins, nice wooden barrel ageing and harmonious spiciness. Made with traditional fermentation on the skins, before it was given a year-long spell of oak barrel ageing in order to make the empathetic Merlot character as enjoyable as possible.
