The terroir wine of the Folly Arborétum reflects its unique character — Campo de Sass, with its fresh green apple notes, offers a light and refreshing experience. The Világi Grüner Veltliner, made using reductive technology and featuring vibrant acidity, delivers a lively freshness, while the latest vintage of St. Andrea’s Merengő captivates with its complex and deep flavor profile.

Last year, almost simultaneously, we were approached by two of our old gastro partners: Rita Ásványi, the owner of Almalomb, who runs an event space and hotel in the historic mill of Hosszúhetény; and Pál Gyuga, the founder of HERZ New York, the company that supplies coffee to our offices. Both asked if we would be interested in carrying high-quality coffee on the shelves of Bortársaság. Trusting their expertise, we’ve now selected three selections of coffee beans from their recommendations.
