A lager made with Saaz hops and one of the best bottom-fermented craft beers we’ve tasted lately. Poured from the bottle, a golden-yellow beer with lovely froth on top appears. The nose is restrained with a little citrus fruit, then the palate is harmonious. It’s a light summer beer with a little bitterness on the finish.
