Opalescent, thick, aroma-rich. For this beer, soft water and unique yeast (which doesn’t ‘purify’ the beer completely) are used and the finished product is not defined by the hops’ bitterness but by hoppy aromas, whereby hops are added to the beer at the end of the brewing through cold dry hopping. Characterised by tropical fruit, a slightly waxy character and only very slight bitterness on the end of the palate. According to ourselves, it’s one of the best examples so far of this style in Hungary and even the empty glass can be analysed for minutes.
