A Belgian-style, top-fermented, unfiltered, fruity, monastery beer. A joint project between the Pannonhalma Abbey Winery and Brewery, it was made using Olaszrizling grape must. The colour is golden yellow due to the high grape juice content, and the fruitiness of the Olaszrizling adds freshness and a grapey, vinous character. It offers an innovative flavour that’s distinct from traditional beers. 

Best enjoyed at 7-9 °C.
