Brut Nature

The product is no longer available.

The house’s first Brut Nature champagne comes only from grand cru vineyards, and is made from the crop of ten harvests (2006-2015). It spent 48 months on lees, and to achieve a rounder palate it went through complete malolactic fermentation and it contains almost 60% reserve wine, without dosage. (30% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Meunier). It has a bone dry, yet still sophisticated champagne nose and palate: white fleshed fruits, almond, delicious brioche notes, ripe apple, with honey spiciness on the finish. Taut acidity, round palate, slightly creamy structure and a long finish.
