This was the first batch we tasted from Adrien Dhondt's few-hectare property. It comprises Chardonnay blended from several parcels of the village of Cuis, fermented in used barrels, and then the core that comes from the 2018 vintage was supplemented by 30% réserve wine. It was disgorged in March 2021.
