The ‘estate wine’ of this tiny Champagne house is made as a blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay. The must pressed from the organic grapes was fermented in tanks (60%) and in Burgundy barrels (40%), then the bottling for the second fermentation was carried out without filtering or fining. The base wine of 2019 was disgorged in March 2022.
