The winery’s trademark wine, which is a blend that reflects all of its plots and varieties (65% Pinot Noir; 15% Chardonnay; 20% Meunier). The base wine, which was spontaneously fermented then underwent malolactic fermentation and was aged for a long time on the lees, is made even rounder by the 15% of mature reserve wine.
It was disgorged in the first quarter of 2019, dosage: 3.5 g/l.
