This is the champagne we first tasted from Adrien Dhondt’s estate in a small bistro in the wine region itself. A Blanc de Blancs blend from the premier cru vineyards of the northern part of the Côte des Blancs, fermented in used barrels. Before bottling, it was complemented with 30% réserve wine, aged by the family since 1986.
Stone fruits, citrus, subtle minerality, excellent maturity.
