As is customary from the estate, Vignes de Vrigny is made from old vines in the nearby village of Vrigny. The exception here is the varietal composition, which makes this the only Egly-Ouriet champagne made from 100% Pinot Meunier. The base wine is primarily from the 2018 vintage, complemented by small amounts of reserve wines from the 2017 and 2016 vintages. Deep, with a vinous structure and layers of complexity, with bubbles that simply accentuate the overall profile.
