It was the grandson of the founder who first made a Blanc de Blancs champagne at the house, which later became a tradition and has been available again since 2018. 75% from the 2012 vintage and 25% from reserve wines with an average age of 25 years. It was aged for more than four years on lees. Complex, deep, with a silky texture. Citrus fruit, peach aromas with fresh hazelnut. A pristinely pure palate with lively acids and nice saltiness on the finish.
