Chardonnay (100%) and the marriage of ageing, from five terroirs in the Côte des Blancs: Avize, Cramant, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger and Vertus. The 2014 vintage is characterized by a crystal-clear appearance, freshness and elegance. The nose is layered, with fresh, mineral notes followed by citrus, and on the finish, hints of dough, brioche and roasted aromas – the house's trademarks. On the palate, it begins with fruits typical of Chardonnay, followed by salty, chalky notes, then nougat, biscuits, vanilla and creamy flavours, ending with roasted aromas. Infinite length, with finesse and elegance.
