The Pinot Noir for this fresh and striking rosé is selected from the premier and grand cru vineyards of Montagne de Reims. The added 8% of red wine is made by the cellar master from the Aÿ and Mareuil-sur-Aÿ’s beautifully exposed vineyards. Cherry, blackberry, pomegranate and redcurrant appear on the nose. The fruitiness on the palate is dominated by strawberry and raspberry notes. It is characterised by pleasant lively acidity and bubbles, in excellent balance. It has a fresh yet also slightly mature character owing to the almost three years of ageing.
Composition: 90% Pinot Noir, out of which 8% is red wine, and 10% chardonnay
Dosage: 8 g/l
