Dom Pérignon can only be a single-vintage champagne. Therefore, each vintage is a unique and one-off creation, showing the character of the given year and the legendary style of Dom Pérignon. The carefully blended base wine ages in the bottle for at least eight years after the second fermentation, before it is disgorged. Tropical fruit, orange and tangerine appear on the nose with restrained floral notes, jasmine and peony. A creamy structure and small bubbles characterise the rich and deep palate with prominent spices and some minerality on the finish, plus high ageing potential.
