An assemblage rosé (made by blending red and white wine), from 100% Pinot Noir. The must pressed from the organic grapes was fermented in tanks (60%) and in Burgundy barrels (40%), then the bottling for the second fermentation occurred without filtering or fining. The base wine of 2018 was disgorged in April 2020.
