The rosé partner of the best-known champagne of the Egly-Ouriet range. The grapes for the blend come from the grand cru villages of the Montagne de Reims, with the fermentation carried out 100% in barrels. The proportion of the varieties is 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, the base is provided by the 2017 vintage, supplemented by reserve wines from 2016 and 2015, plus 5% of macerated Pinot Noir, which brings the brilliant colour.
