The estate’s most important wine every year is the Blanc de Blancs L'échappée Belle: a Chardonnay blend from vineyards with white, limestone-chalky soil, from the best parcels of Avize. After spontaneous fermentation and malolactic fermentation, it was bottled unfiltered, followed by nearly two years of bottle ageing. It’s one of the best sellers of our Grower Champagne selection. It’s a pristinely pure, appealing champagne with the best notes and freshness of Chardonnay.
