The 100% Pinot Meunier grapes were carefully selected from the premier cru plantations of Montagne de Reims. After 9 months in oak barrels, it was aged for 4 more years in the bottles, with a minimal dosage of 1.8 grams. It has a pale golden colour, fresh and spicy aromas, with orange blossom, pear and elderberry. The palate is rich in fruit, with long minerality and fine bubbles.
