One of the specialties of the house that expresses the essence of each terroir and vintage is the blend of Chardonnay harvested from the Grand Blanc and the Côte des Blancs Grands Crus. The base wine of the 2014 vintage was aged in oak barrels for 9 months before bottling. After a further 60 months of being kept on the lees, it achieved its final form without added dosage or sulphur. It has a pale colour with shades of gold and green, white flowers, cake, butter and toffee aromas on the complex nose. The palate is full of fruit, with also salty, mineral and citrusy character.
