When it comes to the champagnes of the Legras & Haas family, the cool elegance of the Côte des Blancs and the citrusy freshness of the Grand Cru Chardonnay are the first things that come to mind. Besides the defining style of the house, a blend called Intuition has been made since 2018, in which, alongside the Chardonnay from Chouilly, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes from Ay & Leuvrigny were also included. Therefore, in addition to the elegant, taut and citrusy notes, the intense fruit flavour and spiciness also comes to the forefront. Thanks to the ageing of at least 36 months, the bubbles are soft and dense, and the palate is long.
