A pale pink colour with orange hues, wild strawberries, pomegranates, dried flowers and blood oranges on the nose. Slight stoniness, with a touch of sourness on the juicy and energetic palate. It was aged for 7 years on lees deep in the cellars under Épernay. After being disgorged in 2020, it was aged for another half year. 44% Pinot Noir (out of which 14% is red wine), 35% Chardonnay and 21% Meunier. Dosage: 5 g / l
