In 2014, the Pinot Noir was characterised by exceptional finesse and freshness. At the time of its making, 10% of Chardonnay was added to the 90% of Pinot Noir. It comes from 100% grand cru plots, from 35-40-year-old vines. It was aged on the lees for a long time. It opens with apple, cherry and plum aromas, followed by pear and blackcurrant. It’s an explosively fresh, citrusy champagne with lively acids and a lingering aftertaste.
