The cuvées of this Champagne house always lean towards red grapes. This Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier bonding was inspired by Émilien Boutillat, the cellar master of the Piper-Heidsick and Rare Champagne houses. The house's development focuses on sustainability: eliminating pesticides to preserve biodiversity. The grapes are harvested from 10 crus, including Montagne de Reims, the Marne Valley and Côte des Bar. It is aged for a minimum of 4 years, and has a dosage of 5 g/l. It has a deep, golden yellow colour, with aromas of apricots and red berries. The palate reveals layers of tropical fruits, clementine and pineapple, along with almond and subtle floral notes, finishing with a long, mineral aftertaste.
