A few years ago, Fabrice’s most well-known wine was given a new name. The main point of Grande Vallée is that it’s exclusively made from grapes at all stages, whereby the bottle fermentation was initiated by its own yeast and must. The style of the winery can be best shown through this wine. It comes from the five villages of Vallée de la Marne, made from 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay, with 18-24 months bottle ageing. If we could show only one wine from Fabrice, this one would be it.
