One of the latest members of Fabrice’s range. The high-lying Montgruguet is a real vantage point on the border of Mareuil-sur-Ay, with pure limestone soil below it, planted with 100% Pinot Noir vines. The base wine was spontaneously fermented in new and used barrels, with stirring of the lees, and then it was aged in the bottle for another 36 months after the second fermentation. Taut acidity, mature notes and deeply fruity on the palate, with a restrained mousse.
