A 100% traditional method sparkling wine made from Chardonnay, from the 2021 vintage, supplemented by 20% of 2020 and 2019 reserve wines. Harvested from parcels intended for sparkling wine, every step of the traditional method production takes place in-house, from the grapes going into the cellar, to bottling. A minimum of 20 months ageing on lees, 9 g/l dosage. Its aromas are floral, the palate is youthful, taut and vibrant. Creamy oozing, soft texture.
