Chardonnay’s typical aromas appear on the complex nose: apricot, apple and green pear, while the 36 months of ageing on the lees brings the biscuit and brioche notes to the bottle. The mousse is silky, creamy and extremely long, with a soft texture. The autolysis notes also return on the palate, complemented by honey and white flowers. It has a long finish and lovely balance, with a dosage of 10 g/l.
