On the nose, it reveals classic Chardonnay aromas: apricot, apple and green pear, while 36 months of lees ageing adds brioche and biscuity notes to the bottle. The mousse is silky, creamy and remarkably persistent, with a soft texture. On the palate, the autolytic character resurfaces, layered with honey and white floral tones. A long finish with lovely balance. 

Chardonnay (100%). Dosage: 9 g/l. Reserve wines make up 13.5% of the blend.
