Carassia’s first blend with reserve wine. 23% Chardonnay from the winery’s outstanding 2018 vintage was added to it – giving complexity to the base wine. The encounter of the freshness of Chardonnay, the body of Pinot Noir and the fruitiness of Meunier. The nose and the palate of the 3 years of ageing on the lees gradually unfold in the glass. It has a pale yellow colour, ripe apple and toasty aromas. Creamy palate, subtle bubbles, a long finish with finesse.
