The Kárásztelek sparkling wine cellar in Transylvania serves up indispensable traditional method bubbly. This sparkler is crafted from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir base wines, primarily from the 2022 vintage, with a small amount of reserve wine blended in. Rich mousse and creamy bubbles, with pronounced biscuity notes dominating both the nose and palate. On the palate, it reveals flavours of candied fruits, florality, layers of complexity and an exceptionally long finish.
Composition: 60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir. The reserve wine, which comes from the legendary 2018 vintage, comprises 23%. Ageing: 24 months. Dosage: 10 g/l.
