The freshness of Chardonnay meets the depth of Pinot Noir. The aromas and flavours from 36 months of lees ageing gradually unfold in the glass. Pale yellow in colour, with aromas of ripe apple, citrus, pear and toasted brioche. On the palate, layers of herbs, bread-crust and the same fruit discovered on the nose. Refined, persistent bubbles carry a creamy texture and a long, mineral finish. 

Blend: 65% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay. Dosage: 8 g/l. Reserve wine: 25%.
