The winery disgorged its 2018 base wine with a dosage of 5g/l after ageing it on the lees for two years. It has a Pinot Noir base with a bit of Pinot Meunier, 10-10% Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, plus 10% Pinot Noir in the shape of red wine. It has a sparkling salmon colour, fresh red berry aromas, strawberry and raspberry, besides brioche, bread and almond on the finish. Creamy, with fresh bubbles. Elegant, complex and very long.
