This elegant, traditional method sparkling wine hails from the heart of Erdély-Szilágyság (Transylvania-Sălaj). The blend is primarily Pinot Noir, complemented by Chardonnay and enriched with 5.5% red wine, adding depth to the blend. Its peach-pink colour reflects a restrained and refined style. On the nose and palate, fresh red berry fruit, raspberry and strawberry dominate, enhanced by a creamy texture and subtle autolytic notes such as brioche and bread crust, resulting from 24 months of ageing on the lees. Well-structured, velvety and with a fruity and complex aftertaste. Dosage: 9 grams.
