A Pinot Noir-based blend, in which Chardonnay and Meunier appear in an equal proportion, supplemented by 9% of red wine. Its beautiful peach colour indicates its restrained, elegant style, which appears both on the nose and the palate. It was aged for 36 months on lees to achieve a velvety traditional method sparkling wine with a great structure and fresh fruit aromas.
