A traditional method sparkling wine that’s a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, which spent 22 months on lees, with 6g/l dosage.
A shiny pale-yellow colour, with apricot, green pear and citrus fruit on the nose, mixed with the aromas of fresh bread from the ageing on lees. Fruity and yeasty notes on the palate, lemon oil, apricot, brioche and yeast. A very long, creamy mousse, with fresh acidity.
