Following two years of lees ageing, the winery disgorged its 2017-vintage traditional method sparkling rosé, which was made 100% from Pinot Noir with 5g/l dosage, in March. 

Shiny salmon colour, intense fruitiness, fresh red berry fruits, strawberry, raspberry alongside the brioche, bread and almond on the finish. Creamy with fresh bubbles.
