Its natural bubbles come from its own fermentation, which is carried out in special pressure-resistant tanks, by halting the fermentation and the saturation of carbon dioxide (Asti method). 

Pale salmon colour, the carbon dioxide can be felt on the nose, while alongside it, the fresh red berry fruits, cherry, strawberry and raspberry explode. A refreshing, intensely fruity wine with tiny, creamy bubbles, and the residual sugar at the end of the palate makes it very easy to drink. It is recommended to drink it well chilled, even with ice.
