The winemaking was inspired by the Asti method: the 100% Sauvignon Blanc was fermented in steel tanks, then aged on fine lees for two months. Pleasing bubbles, delicious Sauvignon Blanc notes, a round palate with the long finish of grape flavours.
Winemaking: the raw material was harvested at complete ripeness, then based on the Asti method, fermented from the must in pressure-resistant tanks, with ageing on fine lees for 2 months before bottling.
Tasting experience: nose: yellow grapefruit, yellow pear, light candy aromas; palate: white-fleshed peach, lemon, candied lemon peel and juicy yellow pear.
