Beside the white-fleshed fruits, the nose is dominated by biscuits and minerality, while on the palate refreshing lemongrass, pomelo, sweet bread, hazelnut and delicious saltiness provide its detail-rich character. Its mousse is lively and full, and along with the more than 3 years on the lees, the 8.5 grams of dosage gives its structure and body.
