A genuine Brut Nature, with zero dosage. The base wine is 33% Chardonnay, 33% Furmint, 24% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Blanc. It was disgorged after 22-24 months of ageing. Walnut, white-fleshed fruit and pineapple appear on the nose, followed by notes of ageing, such as biscuits, butter and subtle brioche, which also return on the palate. The palate has pronounced acidity, not overpowering bubbles and a long finish.
