The estate’s prestige cuvée, ÉGOÏSTE, was introduced in 2023 with the 2017 vintage. Every house has its own crown jewel in the form of a prestige cuvée – made only in the finest vintages and blended from the very best base wines. These wines are aged significantly longer than standard traditional method sparkling wines, allowing them to achieve greater complexity and refinement. There are no fixed rules when it comes to the blend – only that it must be made exclusively from the finest base wines.

While the 2017 vintage was a 50:50 blend of Furmint and Chardonnay, the 2018 was produced from 100% Chardonnay. Half of the base wine was aged in oak barrels.
